Q: How long should I charge the batteries?
Need to charge 4-6hours

Q: Can I get samples for testing the market? And how long the sample will be ready?
Yes, we can offer you some samples, but samples need extra charge.Sample usually take 30 days, that depends on different model.

Q: What is the weight of the battery and motor?
Battery is about 1.74kg,motor is about 3.3kg

Q: How long will the battery last between charges?
This is always tricky to quantify as it depends on various factors. But given average conditions, our 36V 10.4Ah option for example would give around 30-45miles depending on terrain, weight of the cyclist, frequent use of the PAS, number of stops/starts, tire air pressure etc. The different battery spec in our range would give different mileage.

Q: Are the electrical parts water resistant?
Yes, absolutely. Obviously, we wouldn't recommend throwing the bike in a swimming pool for example, but it will cope well with natural wet conditions.

Q: Can I make our own logo on the bike?
Yes, but MOQ should be 50pcs, if less than 50pcs there will be extra logo cost.

Q: What is your MOQ? Can I mix different items?
Normally is 50pcs,but for first cooperation we also accept 20pcs/item.
Yes, mix order also allowed.

Q: What is the delivery time for bulk order?
It takes about 45-60days after receiving the deposit

Q: How do you control the quality?
Firstly,we export ebike for many years, we have many skilled workers, technicians,engineers,Quality Control teams and management staff, so our quality can be assured.
Secondly, we have ce certificate to meet the demand of market.
Thirdly, each parts arrive our factory need to be checked by our QC department.
Forth, before production we will make the first sample and let the QC check, everything is ok then will be in production.
Five, before packing our QC also will check each bike, make sure every bike in good quality.

Q: What is your warranty or after sale service?
Motor, battery, controller is 1year warranty. Usually,our clients will purchase some spare parts together with their shipment so they can fix the small problem by themselves.
